The Southwest Sports Excellence U18 AA Broncos picked up three of a possible six points in a three-game weekend road swing.

Dylan Gedny and Nate Silbernagle scored for Swift Current in a 4-2 loss to the Regina Vics on Friday, and then Carter Tuplin had two goals with Gedny and Ryder Bradford adding singles as the Broncos beat the Regina Rangers 4-2 on Saturday. Tuplin and Brett Stusrud had four goals each as the Broncos skated to a 4-4 tie against the Prairie Storm on Sunday in Balgonie.

The Broncos have one more game before the Christmas break on Thursday in Regina against the Capitals.

Meanwhile, Rachel Noble, Sienna Watson and Hayley Anderson scored for the Full Line Ag U18 Wildcats in a 3-1 win over the Northeast Aces on Saturday, and then Janay Reich had a hat trick in Swift Current's 6-1 victory over the Parkland Fire on Sunday. Anderson, Jordyn Cooper and Vegas Appel had the other goals for the Wildcats, who visit the Parkland Fire in Melville on the New Year's weekend.

In other AA hockey, the Graphic Edge U15 Wildcats fell 3-2 to the Western Prairie Fire in overtime on Saturday and 2-1 to Regina Rebels White on Sunday, the SWT U13 Broncos lost 5-2 to the Regina Buffalos on Friday before rebounding with a 10-5 win over the Regina Blues on Saturday, and the WW Smith U13 Wildcats were winless on a three-game road swing with a 1-1 tie against Prince Albert, a 5-2 loss to the Northeast Aces in Nipawin, and a 2-1 loss to Saskatoon Comet Fury.
