With the Olympics officially wrapped up I thought I had to share this, with best wishes, to everyone who analyzed, then overanalyzed, then just for a second underanalyzed, reanalyzed, and then gave every player on the team a post games report card like grade. I get a little fired up over the dumb amount of coverage these games get because not once is the team ever mentioned but always individual players... What does that teach our youngsters about the game(which we won by being the best TEAM). Just some food for thought perhaps
Anyways... The Olympics may be over but you can still feel like an Olympian (with the right amount of booze). We had Mitch Minken on the phone this morning from the Swift Current Curling Club to talk about a couple of bonspiels on the horizon (that you can still get a team in for)
Tomorrow on the blog(and on the show) we'll start getting ready for a huge East Division home and home the Broncos are facing this week... Wednesday morning you'll have a shot at some free tickets to Wednesday night's game as well
