Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall has returned from Washington D.C., where he and other Canadian Premiers spent the weekend meeting with high-ranking US environment and energy officials in the Obama Administration.

Wall, who is Chairman of the Council of the Federation, says the meetings were very beneficial, and they help to maintain and foster the relationship between Canada and its neighbor to the south.

The group also met with many American Governors, and Wall met with the US Secretary of Agriculture.  They discussed Country of Origin Labelling, and how it has impacted the Canadian hog and cattle industries.
