This project cost a total of $113,813.52, where $71,405.00 was MEEP funded, and the remaining $42,408.52 was funded by The Town of Shaunavon."
MLA Doug Steele talked about the how provincial tax dollars are helping communities. "Well, it's nice to see tax dollars come back to our local communities, and the local communities that are prepared and ready to take advantage of programming that comes out. It's important to build for the future."
The washroom upgrades began in the fall of 2021 and continued throughout the off-season in order to be completed by this spring and ready for campers and park visitors.
