All eight playoff series were on the ice last night.

     The Prince Albert Raiders blanked the Brandon Wheat Kings 2-0.  Jesse Deckert made 40 saves for the shutout.  Brandon leads the best-of-seven series 2-1.

     Red Deer beat Medicine Hat 6-4.  The series is tied 2-2.  In the other Central division match-up, Calgary scored with 30 seconds left for a 3-2 win over Kootenay.  Calgary takes a 2-1 series advantage.

    The Kamloops Blazers are the first team eliminated from the playoffs. Devin Setoguchi scored the overtime winner as Prince George beat Kamloops 4-3 to sweep the series.  Also, Vancouver beat Chilliwack 5-1 to take a 3-1 series lead. 

    In the U.S. division, Spokane edged Everett 3-1 to even the series 2-2.  Seattle shutout Tri-City 2-0 to take a 3-1 series advantage.
