The man accused of murder in the death of Matthew Neufeld made an appearance in Swift Current Provincial Court on Wednesday. Christopher Sean Foster, 54, had his case adjourned to November 19 to arrange legal counsel. He is charged with second-degree murder after Neufeld's August 8 death. Foster appeared in court by video from prison, looking stern in a grey sweatshirt and glasses. He acknowledged understanding why he was appearing.
