A solid weekend for the 18U Jr. Boy's SunDogs volleyball team.

Competing at Nationals in Saskatoon, the SunDogs dropped two of three games in pool play on Friday, falling to the Junior Wesmen 18U Boys and the 18U MAC team before defeating the EKVC 18UB Avalanche.

They then dropped two of three again in the power pools, defeating the Rhinos, but then losing to FOE and the Halifax Tigers, but the SunDogs were then able to get things rolling in the tier 4 playoff.

The SunDogs scored a two sets to none win in the quarters over the Wolves 18U Boys, and then punched their ticket to the final with another 2-0 win, this time over the RVC Stubble Jumpers.

Unfortunately for the SunDogs they did have to settle for Tier 4 silver, coming up short against the Park Elite in the final.

The conclusion of the National tournament brings an end to the team's season.
