Ethan Hunter touched home on a fielder's choice, and Bo McClintock drove in a run to tie the game up.
Then, after Rodriquez drew a walk to load the bases, Miller added his second and third RBI of the game on a single to right field.
Swift looked to have the game in hand up 9-7 in the ninth, but Regina quickly rallied in front of the home crowd at Currie Field.
