The Swift Current Indians tossed a blast from the past last night in Moose Jaw after wrapping up the top-seed in the Eastern Conference.

First up, the Indians and Moose Jaw Miller Express picked up a suspended game from July 13th due to a power outage.  Moose Jaw scored two runs in the top of the 9th to take a 6-5 lead.  The Indians fought back to tie it with a run in the 9th.  Then in the 10th, Jordan Blundell singled home the winning run for a 7-6 victory.

With the top seed locked up the Indians had a little fun in the regularly scheduled game.  Coach Joe Carnahan tossed an inning on the mound and former Indians' icon Kelly Horaska made an appearance. He pitched two and a third innings and made one plate appearance.

The Indians would go on to lose the contest 10-2.  The regular season comes to an end with the Tribe posting a record of 27-13.  They will more than likely play Yorkton in the opening round of playoffs.  The schedule isn't set as of yet but the opening game will likely be at Mitchell Field Friday night.
