The Ardens will look to bounce back today when they take on Prince Albert St. Mary's in the bronze medal game

The Swift Current Ardens will have a shot at a SHSAA 3A Provincial Soccer bronze medal today.

The Ardens began their provincial tournament yesterday with a 3-2 upset victory over Saskatoon St. Joseph.

Jade Addai fired home two of Swift Current's three goals, with Brooke Vallee scoring as well.

Swift Current fell 3-1 to Prince Albert Carlton in the provincial semi-final

The victory put the Ardens into the provincial semi-final against Prince Albert Carlton.

Despite Ali Vance getting Swift Current on the board first, Carlton scored an equalizer shortly before the first half ended, and then scored another two goals in the second half, putting the game out of reach.

Swift Current will now take on Prince Albert St. Mary's looking to claim this year's bronze medal.

The third place game is scheduled to get underway at 12:00pm from the Irwin North Field.
