A tight win, but a win none the less Wednesday night for the Mossbank Athletics.

Hosting the Hodgeville Heat, Mossbank came away with a 7-6 win in game one of their best-of-three Dunning league semi-final.

In the other half of the bracket, the Riverhurst Raiders scored a much more convincing win over Glentworth in game one of their semi, downing the Giants 14-4.

Game two of both series is scheduled to be played Thursday.
