It was a big win for the Shaunavon Badgers as they took a 6-4 victory over the Consul Rockets to give themselves a 2 games to none series lead in their best of 5 Whitemud semi-final series.
The Rockets look to fight off elimination this Wednesday night when they make the trek to Shaunavon for game 3.
