The Pure Chem Bantam AA Broncos head into the Christmas break on the back of a resounding win and a tie over the weekend.

On the road, Swift Current handled the Melville Millionaires 6-1 on Saturday despite getting out-shot 32-18.

Kalan Lind piled up a goal and three assists in the win, while Kane Klassen added a goal and a helper as well.

Mckale Paul, Riley Bowers, Dayne Feicht, and Jace Bymoen all added singles, while Colby Watson was credited with the win in net.

Then on Sunday, the Bantam AA Broncos drew 2-2 with the Prairie Storm in Balgonie, while out-shooting them 43-28.

Lind assisted on both goals for Swift, while goals came from Paul and Feicht. Watson was in net for the tie.

The Bantam AA Broncos now sit at 8-5-0-1, and are in sixth in the South Division standings.

They are back to league play in the new year when they're in Weyburn taking on the Wings January 8.
