The Kabos Bantam AA Broncos defended home ice over the weekend against a pair of Saskatoon teams.

The Bantam Broncos kicked off the weekend at Fairview West with a 7-4 win over the Saskatoon Generals.

Six Swift skaters put up multi-point efforts led by Cash Arntsen, who had four helpers in the win.

Kalan Lind was close behind with a hat-trick while Rhys O'Neill (2 G), Ryan McCleary (1 G, 1 A), Jaydon Jessiman (1 G, 1 A), and Noah Wills (2 A) all had a pair.

Hayden Wilm and Rylan Silzer had solo assists,as Vincent Pinsonneault back-stopped Swift to the win.

Then on Sunday, Swift Current knocked off the Saskatoon Maniacs 4-1.

Lind (2 A) and Cash Arntsen (1 G) each continued their strong weekend with a team-leading five total points.

Wilm added two assists in the win, while Joe Arntsen (1 G), Daniel Ganert (1 G), and Wills (1 G) all scored. This time it was Justin Dueck's turn to pick up the W in net for the Bantam Broncos.

The first-place Bantam AA Broncos (23-4-0-2) are on the road next weekend to close out the 2017-18 regular season.

They're in Prince Albert on Saturday taking on the Pirates (21-6-2-0), and in the regular-season finale are in Saskatoon against the Stallions (16-8-3-1) on Sunday.
