The Swift Current Broncos now lead the East Division after an entertaining 4-2 win over Brandon.

Heading into the game, the Broncos trailed Brandon by a single point for the East Division lead.  Last night's 4-2 win flip-flopped their positions.

The line of Zack Smith, Brady Leavold and Spencer Mcavoy combined for seven points to lead the offensive charge.  Smith finished with two goals and an assist, Leavold had three assists while Mcavoy had a goal.  Dane Crowley also scored for the Broncos - his first of the season.

The Wheat Kings had their scoring chances as they played a very high risk-reward style that hurt them in the end.

Kyle Moir made 31 saves for the win.  The Broncos are on the road this weekend with games in Medicine Hat and Kootenay.
