Amidst all the excitement around the WHL Final and the annual bantam draft, the Swift Current Broncos added a veteran player to their lineup for next season.

The Broncos sent a 7th round pick in the 2019 draft to Kamloops for 1999 born forward Erik Miller.

A veteran of 100 WHL games, Miller spent most of his 18-year-old season with Sherwood Park in the AJHL. He put up 31 points in 47 games for the Crusaders.

Kamloops picked him in the 3rd round of the 2014 bantam draft and Miller made the team full time as a 16-year-old. He collected 14 points in his 100 WHL games.

The right handed forward is a natural center and put up 57 points in 35 games in Alberta Midget 15s and 57 points in 33 games of Bantam AAA hockey. He's listed at 6' and 170lbs.

Miller won't be eligible to play for the Broncos until next season.
