At the CHL Import Draft this morning, the Swift Current Broncos added a pair of 2002-born players; one from each side of the ice.

The Broncos held onto their third and 63rd overall picks on Tuesday, taking Slovakian defenceman Oliver Fatul and Belarusian forward Vladislav Demidovich.

Fatul spent most of last season playing in the top professional league in Slovakia, recording two assists in 29 games and was one of only two U18 defenceman to play more than 25 games at that level.

6'4" and 179 pounds, the defenceman was loaned to Finlands Junior program to finish the season, adding four assists in four games.

Vladislav Demidovich from Belarus played the entirety of last season with the national U18 team in the Belarusian second division league, scoring 13 goals and adding 8 assists in 54 games.

Swift Current Online will have more on both players, including comments from Bronco's management, in the coming days.
