The paths of two Winnipeg Bantam AAA Monarchs prospects have once again trended in the same direction in quick succession.

Forward Rylan Gould was drafted in the second round (42nd overall) by the Swift Current Broncos in the 2020 WHL Bantam Draft, and just two picks later, so was defenseman Grayson Burzynski.

Then, two weeks after the April 22 draft, Gould signed a WHL Standard Player Agreement on Wednesday.

Burzynski secured that same 'Signed Prospect' status the very next day, as announced by the Broncos late Thursday afternoon.

The imposing defenseman becomes the third player from the Broncos' 2020 draft class to ink an agreement.
