The Broncos have the rest of the weekend off after a tough loss to the Medicine Hat Tigers in overtime on Friday night.

Assistant Coach Tim Kehler says being handed their first overtime loss of the year was disappointing for the team.  Based on the Broncos' dominance in the third period of Friday's game, everybody expected the Broncos to be the ones who would win in the extra frame.

The Broncos take on Kamloops next, who they beat 2-1 in October.

Kehler says the Blazers have been underachieving lately, but it's no reason to take them lightly, as Kamloops has had some good results and have defeated some good teams.

Tuesday's game will be the third game of the Broncos' current six-game homestand.
