The Swift Current Broncos wrap up February hosting the Medicine Hat Tigers tonight.

They're 0-3 against the Tigers this season including a recent 6-3 loss that came in the middle of what has been a good run for the Broncos.

"We certainly weren't ready to play them the last time they came into our building," said Broncos assistant coach Jamie Heward. "We rode a pretty good weekend into a situation where we thought we were going to have an opportunity to beat them and we just came out flat and didn't play well. There's a top echelon team coming into our building and we've got to do something about it."

The Broncos have won 9 of their last 13 games while the Tigers only have 3 wins in their last 10 games including a victory over Regina yesterday.

"You say a team is struggling but what are they struggling at," Heward said. "We've got to try to jump on a few things they're doing, but on the other hand we've got to clean up a lot of things we're doing too."

As well as the Broncos have played as of late they've given up 12 goals in their last two games including a 6-2 loss to the last place Blades on Wednesday. They are hoping for a much tighter defensive effort against Medicine Hat after the Tigers beat Regina 2-1 on Friday.

Tonight's game is sponsored by N & L Galey and in support of the Children's Wish Foundation they're giving away the first 250 Children's tickets.
