Losers of six of their last seven games, the Swift Current Broncos are sliding at the wrong time.

For the first time all season, the Broncos find themselves three points out of a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, and in 9th spot.

The Broncos are struggling in a few areas right now.  Goaltending has been put under a microscope with the recent funk.  Assistant Coach Tim Kehler talked about it Saturday night after a 5-2 loss to Regina.  "We're not getting bailed out in net right now.  I think when we were at our best, winners of six of seven (in December), I think Friesen gave us some outstanding goaltending, but when we're coming in second, I think we have to look between the pipes as well.  They have to be better, and I think they would be the first ones to admit it."

The Broncos play in Moose Jaw tomorrow night.
