The Broncos' sixth round selection in the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft signed a standard player agreement yesterday.
Forward Braeden Lewis, taken 114th overall out of Virden, Manitoba, signed on his 16th birthday, helping to bulk up a 2003 unit that's fairly sparse.
“We are extremely excited to sign Braeden. Very intelligent smart 2 way player.” Coach Dean Brockman

The now-16-year-old Lewis had 10 goals and 30 points in 45 games of Midget AAA action with the Southwest Cougars, adding four points in seven playoff games.
He was the second selection of the Broncos' depleted 2018 draft. Third-rounder Finlay Williams was the first pick for Swift Current.
