The Swift Current Broncos scored first again, but suffered a 7-4 loss to the Moose Jaw Warriors on the road last night.

Fellow rookie Coda Gordon had a pair of goals for the Broncos, and Graham Black added another, but Moose Jaw answered three different one-goal leads by the Broncos, and scored four times in the second period.

Broncos starting goalie Austin Smith was pulled in the second after allowing four goals on 24 shots. Steven Myland made 11 saves in relief.

The Broncos next action is Saturday at home against Lethbridge.
