The Christmas break could not come soon enough for the Swift Current Broncos.
They stumbled into the week-long break on Friday with a 3-1 loss to Saskatoon, wrapping up a long road swing that saw them lose their last three, and lose more players to injury.
Despite that, Assistant Coach Darren Evjen told Shawn Mullin after Friday's game that the road trip was very successful, and is hopeful they can be back to a healthy lineup soon.
The Broncos return to action December 28 in Regina.
