The Swift Current Broncos have selected 16-year-old Czech Republic-native Richard Nedomlel with their 31st-overall pick in the CHL Import Draft today.

The 6'3", 202lb Defenceman played with HC Slavia Praha last season, and he will be eligible for the NHL Entry Draft in 2011.

In a press release issued by the Broncos, Head Coach and General Manager Mark Lamb said of Nedomlel, "He’s big, physical, and has a good all-around game for his size and his age.  He will fit right in with our other ’93-born players, Reece Scarlett and Graeme Craig."

The Broncos also hold the 91st-overall pick in the draft.
