The Swift Current Broncos opened the WHL season in style.

 

 

Novotny had a goal and an assist, Brad Hoban scored twice and Justin Dowling chipped in 2 helpers as the Broncos beat Moose Jaw 4-1.

Assistant Coach Darren Evjen says they got better as the game went on.

 

The re-match is tonight as the Broncos host the Warriors for their home opener tonight.
