The Broncos are on their Christmas break, as is the rest of the WHL, but there is still plenty of local hockey going on this weekend in the southwest.

     The Swift Current Home Hardware Legionnaires hit the road this weekend to take on the Beardy's Blackhawks.  They play the first of two games tonight at 7:30pm.

     The Diamond Energy Female Midget Wildcats have their last action before defending their Mac's Tournament title in Calgary.  They head north to Prince Albert for a two-game set starting tonight at 7:30pm.

     The K-Motel Midget Hurricanes host Estevan this afternoon at the Credit Union iplex; the face-off is at 2:45pm.

     The Kabos Bantam Raiders are on the road this weekend.  They're in Estevan today and Moose Mountain tomorrow.

     The Southwest Terminal Pee Wee Broncos have a weekend homestand against Melville.  Their first game is tonight at 7:30pm at the Fairview Arenas.

     In Junior B action, the Cypress Cyclones head to Regina for a game tonight at 8:00pm.
