It was closer this time, but Team Canada pulled out a 3-2 win over the Czech Republic to finish the World Junior pre-competition schedule undefeated.

Taylor Hall scored his third goal of the pre-tournament, and Regina Pats Forward Jordan Eberle scored the game-winner, which put him at five points in the tune-up.  Gabriel Bourque got the other Canada goal, and Goalie Jake Allen made 20 saves.

Canada will now start playing for real on Boxing Day when they open the World Junior Hockey Championship against Latvia in Saskatoon.  You can hear that game, and all of Canada's games the rest of the way, on the Eagle 94.1FM.  The pre-game show on Saturday is at 2:30pm, and the play-by-play is at 3:00pm.
