There will be no gold medal for Jennifer Jones and Team Canada at the Ford World Women's Curling Championships in Swift Current.

They were blown-out 10-4 by Scotland after eight ends, and will now have to settle for a shot at bronze tomorrow morning.

The Winnipeg Skip was not the same one that appeared to dominate this event in the round robin, as she was missing key shots, giving up big steals, and curling at just 59 percent.  However, she says that does not tell the whole story, saying the first two ends were great, but later, she got caught on the draw weight, and they just didn't play like they can.

Scottish Skip Eve Muirhead said the game was actually a tough match, despite the lopsided scoreline.  She said it was important to keep the last rock advantage in the game, and that was a big key for them winning.

Canada will take on Sweden tomorrow morning at 10:00am in the bronze medal match.

Scottish Skip Eve Muirhead, a two-time World Junior champion, will be playing for her first World Women's gold medal tomorrow afternoon against Germany.  It will be a battle between the youngest player in Muirhead, at 19 years of age, and the oldest player, 45-year-old German Skip Andrea Schopp, who's looking for her first gold since 1988.

Who wants it more?  We'll find out tomorrow at 3:00pm as action wraps up at the World's.
