Many people will be making their way to Herbert today, as the CCA makes it's annual stop.

Competitors all throughout South West Saskatchewan and beyond will be competing at the 29th annual Herbert Rodeo.

Jim Klassen with the Herbert Stampede says this year's event will provide plenty of entertainment.

"This year, we have something special. We have Ash "Crash" Cooper, who is a barrel man. He has been at the National Finals rodeo, he has also done the Canadian Finals rodeo. He is one of the best entertainers you will see." he said.

The three day event will feature a variety of different competitions, including Saddle Bronc, Bareback, Bull Riding, Tie Down Roping, Steer Wrestling, Ladies Barrel Racing, Team Roping, Junior Steer Riding, Junior Girls Barrel Racing, Novice Bareback and Novice Saddle Bronc.

The Rodeo will begin tonight, and wrap up on Sunday.
