pbr 2014

The Cody Snyder PBR Invitational will return to Swift Current Saturday night for its sixth year.

Deemed the "toughest sport on earth", Cody Snyder says this year's event will feature a strong line-up of bull riders.

"Chase Outlaw out of Hamburg, Arkansas is going to be in town, he is a several time PBR World Finalist and a great bull Rider. Ty Pozzobon, he was the number one Canadian Bull Rider on the PBR tour for several years. Scotty Shiffner, who won the first four professional rodeos of the year, he is on a roll and riding hot coming in, and of course, Dakota Buttar, who is a two-time Canadian Champion bull rider out of Kindersley, Saskatchewan is going to be in town. It is going to be phenomenal," he said.

Snyder also added that not only will the riders be impressive Saturday night, but so will the bulls.

"There is a bull called Gretzky, who weighs in at about 2200lbs, he is probably the biggest bucking bull in all of Canadian professional bulls and bull riding. This bull is phenomenal and very seldom gets rode," he mentioned.

PBR will get underway at 7:00pm Saturday night from the Credit Union iPlex.
