The award stems from a solid Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals, as well as the first two games of the WHL Finals to earn the honours.
Over the three games, Skinner posted a 2-1 record, a 1.93 goals-against-average, and a .941 save-percentage.
Also garnering a league award was forward Matteo Gennaro, who was named the WHL Player of the Week.
