Cody Eakin is on the board in the NHL playoffs.

The former Swift Current Broncos captain scored his first career playoff goal and the game winner as the Dallas Stars doubled up Anaheim 4-2 to tie their series with the Ducks up at two games apiece.

In other action, the Chicago Blackhawks recovered from blowing a 2-0 lead to beat the St. Louis Blues 4-3 in overtime. Patrick Kane scored twice including the OT winner to give him 32 career post-season goals. Corey Crawford made 30 saves to help Chicago tie the series at two games apiece.

The Columbus Blue Jackets rallied from a 3-0 deficit to shock Pittsburgh 4-3 in overtime. Nick Foligno scored in OT for Columbus to tie the series at 2-2.

Tonight, Aneroid's Patrick Marleau and the San Jose Sharks will look to sweep away the Kings when they play game four of their first-round series in Los Angeles (8:30pm, CBC). The two other matchups tonight have Colorado visiting Minnesota with the Avalanche up 2-1 in that series (7:30pm, TSN2), and the Boston Bruins head to Detroit holding a 2-1 lead over the Red Wings (6:00pm, TSN).

In the WHL playoffs, the Edmonton Oil Kings and Portland Winterhawks are both a win away from the Ed Chynoweth Cup Final. Brett Pollock had two goals as Edmonton beat Medicine Hat 4-1 to give the Oil Kings a 3-1 lead in the Eastern Conference Final, while Nicolas Petan had a hat trick as the Winterhawks beat Kelowna 5-1 to go up 3-1 in their series.

Portland can clinch with a win in game five Friday in Kelowna, while the Oil Kings can move on with a victory on home ice Saturday.
