Clayton Ewan from Swift Current competed in Regina at the Provincial Body Building Championships over the Father's Day weekend.

170 competitors from around the province competed at the Saskatchewan amateur bodybuilding associations event held at the University of Regina.

Ewan had been training for the event since January 20th.

For Ewan the weekend was a family affair as his daughter Kayla Tait from Regina was also there.

"My youngest daughter also competed at the show this weekend.  She was in the Bikini Short category where she placed 6th out of 20 girls."

Ewan ended up placing 3rd in Men’s Grandmaster bodybuilding category.

Pauline Holliday also from Swift Current placed 2nd in Women’s Open and 2nd in the over 35 Masters class.

Allyssa Matyka from Shaunavon placed 4th in the Bikini category in Regina.
