Two games, two shutouts for the Swift Current Comp Ardens soccer team over the weekend in Moose Jaw.

The Ardens opened up the weekend with a 7-0 win over Moose Jaw Central.

Midfielder Ali Vance led the charge with three goals and an assist, while keeper Juliana Whalen recorded the win in net.

The Ardens then following that performance up with and even steadier 8-0 win against Moose Jaw Vanier.

Team captain Lauryn Hayes recorded a hat trick of her own, following that up with two helpers as well. Jaden McKenzie got the win in goal.

Swift Current now stands at 6-and-0 in league play, which clinches first place in their Moose Jaw High School Girls Soccer League.

Looking to finish league play on a strong note, the Ardens host Moose Jaw Peacock at 4:15 p.m. this afternoon in their second last game of the regular season.
