Floor Busters Lacrosse Tournament Results

Some mixed results for two local lacrosse teams over the weekend.

Both the Novice and Bantam Swift Current Rampage squads participated in the Floor Busters tournament in Lethbridge.

The Novice club opened with a 7-3 loss to Red Deer on Friday, but they bounced back with a 9-0 win over Crows Nest Pass and a 6-2 win over Medicine Hat on Saturday.

Their tournament came to an end with a close 11-8 loss to Lethbridge on Sunday morning.

The Bantam team didn't have as much success as they dropped all four of their games but they closed the gap each time.

Scoring was an issue for the Bantam club as they were only able to notch two goals over the weekend.
