Tanner Froese Former Swift Current Midget AAA Legionnaire Tanner Froese is looking to be the first player from Estevan to take part in the World Junior A challenge.
Froese is attending the Team Canada West evaluation camp in Camrose this weekend
He led last season's Legionnares with 23 goals and 24 assists in 44 games.
Bruins Director of Player of Personnel Rick Oakes is the SJHL scout for Team West and thinks Froese has a shot of making the team.
Oakes thinks Froese has gotten off to a great start this season.
The World Junior A Challenge will be held in Langley BC this November.
