The Swift Current Indians are looking for lightning to strike twice as they head to Moose Jaw for the second time this week.

The Tribe won their first road game of the year there on Tuesday partially on the strength of newcommer Parris Austin's three-run homerun.

Austin says he came to Swift Current to win a championship.

The former New York Mets draft pick notes he has never won "the big one" at any level, and hopes this year could be the year.

Despite hitting two long balls in as many games, Austin doesn't see himself as a power hitter.

Austin says his best assets are his speed, contact hitting and leadership.

He sees himself that can step in and set an example for some of the younger Indians.

Swift Current will send Corey Buckley to the mound as they go for their third straight win.

They're in Medicine Hat tomorrow night.

We'll have Saturday's game live on The Eagle 94.1 FM.
