The Swift Current Indians will have to wait another day to continue the WMBL Championship series.

Thursday's game against the Regina Red Sox was rained out, after thundershowers moved into the city in the afternoon, and more rain is in the forecast for the next few days.

 

The make-up game is scheduled for Mitchell Field on Friday night at 6:00pm.

The Tribe leads the best-of-five league final series 1-0 after Wednesday night's 7-1 win over Regina.
