Saskatchewan Roughrider receiver Chris Getzlaf has been named the CFL’s Gibson’s Finest Canadian Player of the Week.
Getzlaf had four catches for a season high 123 receiving yards and a touchdown in last Thursday’s game versus Toronto. The University of Regina product cut into the Argo’s lead early in the fourth quarter with a 70-yard touchdown reception.
So far this season, Getzlaf has recorded 22 receptions for 398 yards and three touchdowns.
