One week removed from a Provincial bronze medal for their senior girls' team, Fox Valley Legends volleyball was at it again.

Their senior boys' team was in Rocanville for games on Friday and Saturday, after going undefeated at Regionals the week prior.

The Legends were perfect at SHSAA 2A Boys' Volleyball Provincials, not dropping a single set.

Led by coach Darren Lehmann, Fox Valley beat Wawota, Canoe Lake, Kincaid/Ecole Mathieu, and Wilkie in Pool A in the round robin.

Matched up with the fourth-place team from Pool B in the quarterfinal, the Legends handily beat Montmarte 25-19, 25-12 to advance to the semis and force a rematch of the previous week's Regional final.

The Fox Valley-Hepburn rematch didn't provide any thrilling competition, as Hepburn managed just 30 total points. Fox Valley won 25-13, 25-17, and set their sights on gold.

In increasingly dominant fashion, the final was even more lopsided than their previous two playoff matches. The Legends put the game on cruise control, defeating Wawota 25-14, 25-7.

Continuing the theme of dominance, Fox Valley's Provincial gold medal was the 11th time since 2001 they have managed the feat.
