The Swift Current Broncos can't get out of 2007 fast enough following four straight losses.

The Broncos were missing five regular players on Saturday in Medicine Hat as they lost 5-2 to the Tigers.  That was their fourth loss in a row to close off the calendar year.

Defensemen R.J. Larochelle and Ryan Molle are out with lengthy injuries, while Cody Eakin is getting closer to returning to action.  Forwards Dale Wiese and Keegan Dansereau sat out because of League-imposed suspensions for a couple of hits that were dished out Friday night when the Broncos hosted the Tigers.

The Broncos begin 2008 tomorrow afternoon in a New Year's Day matinee in Regina against the Pats.
