Colby Cave had a goal and an assist, while Jordan Thomson put home the winner and Glenn Gawdin put the game away with a late empty-netter.
Landon Bow made 35 saves to get the win, while Taz Burman stopped 17 of the 20 shots he faced.
The Broncos were down 1-0 only 36 seconds into the game after taking a quick delay of game penalty and giving up a rebound goal to Wyatt Johnson. They got down 2-1 before bouncing back in the second period.
Swift Current remains eight points back of Regina for second place in the East Division and eight points up on Moose Jaw for third. They host Prince Albert on Saturday night. You can hear the game on The Eagle 94.1 FM at 6:30pm.
