It was a complete reversal of winners at the 2018 Battle of the Southwest between Great Plains College and Millar College of the Bible last night.
After the Millar Edge took both the men's and women's Southwest cups in 2017, the Great Plains College Sundogs emerged with both cup wins in 2018.
Shifting from a best-of-three in previous years to a best-of-five battle this time around, both men's and women's matches needed five sets to determine the winner in a jam packed Irwin school gym.

The two colleges will meet again this month, as Millar hosts GPC down in Pambrun on November 21 starting at 6:30 p.m.
