Swift Current's Marc Habscheid will stay behind the Prince Albert Raiders' bench, after agreeing to a contract extension with the WHL club through to the 2018-19 season.
Habscheid joined the Raiders to replace fired coach Cory Clouston on November 1st, and finished the season with a record of 24-28-2-2 and a fifth place finish in the East Division.
Prince Albert is the fourth WHL assignment for Habscheid after stints in Kamloops, Kelowna and the Chilliwack/Victoria franchise.
