Nic Petan and Connor McDavid each had three points as the Team Canada beat Germany 4-0 in their second game of the World Junior Hockey Championship.

Swift Current Broncos defenceman Dillon Heatherington played some significant time and finished with an even plus/minus on the night for Canada.

Eric Comrie of the Tri-City Americans made 17 saves for the shutout.

Canada has yet to allow a goal in the tournament. They have tomorrow off and will face former Broncos defenceman Julius Honka and Team Finland on Monday.

Finland are the defending gold medal winners but have lost to both the United-States and Slovakia early in this year's tournament.
