Congratulations to the Herbert boys High School Basketball team, who beat Chief Poundmaker 87-73 to win the 1A Boys Regional Final on home court Saturday.
They move on to HOOPLA in Regina next weekend where they'll battle Craik in the provincial semi-final.
Unfortunately, the Frontier Girls and Shaunavon Boys lost their regional finals, and their seasons have now ended. Frontier dropped a 63-57 decision to Foam Lake in the 1A Girls Regional Final in Foam Lake, and Shaunavon lost the 3A Boys Regional Final 85-79 to the home team from Moosomin.
