The K-Motel Midget 'AA' Hurricanes will try for their third straight win tonight when they travel to Notre Dame.

Looking to keep their winning streak alive, the Hurricanes will be in tough against the league leading Bantam Hounds.

After a tough start to the season, Swift Current appears to be turning a corner.

The Hurricanes opened to 2015/2016 campaign with a record of 1-10, but have since defeated the Moose Jaw Warriors (6-6-1) and the Notre Dame Hounds (9-3-4).

Tonight's game begins an important stretch of three games in three days for Swift Current, as two of those games are against teams in the bottom three of league standings.

Following their game in Notre Dame tonight, the Hurricanes will travel to Lumsden tomorrow to take on the winless Lumsden/Bethune Lions (0-12-1) before coming home on Sunday to host the Regina Capitals (3-7-3).

Swift Current currently sits nine points back of the Regina Vics for the eighth and final playoff spot.

Puck drop for tonight's game is scheduled for 5:45pm from the Duncan McNeill Arena in Wilcox.
