The K-Motel Hurricanes in action earlier this season
The K-Motel Midget Hurricanes kick off their SHA provincial playoffs with a two-game total-point series against the Notre Dame Argos.
The league-leading Hurricanes tied the Argos 5-5 in their only meeting so far back in October.
The first game is today in Wilcox, and the return match is tomorrow night at 7:30pm from the Credit Union iplex.
Meanwhile, the Southwest Terminal Pee Wee Broncos played the second half of their first-round provincial series against Moose Jaw Thursday night in Caronport. The Broncos lost that game 6-3, but took the total-point 11-9.
They return to league action with pair of games this weekend against Weyburn tonight at 7:30pm, and tomorrow afternoon at 12:30 from the Fairview Arenas.
The Home Hardware Legionnaires are in Regina this afternoon for a game against the Regina Pat Canadians.
The Diamond Energy Female Midget Wildcats host a pair of games against Weyburn tonight at 7:45, and tomorrow afternoon at 3:15 from the Fairview Arenas.
The Kabos Bantam Raiders have just one game this weekend, as they host the Regina Senators today at 3:00pm from the Fairview Arenas.
In the Whitemud last night, the Shaunavon Badgers beat the Cabri Bulldogs 8-2.
