Two local minor hockey teams have huge games tonight as they look for provincial championships.
The K-Motel Midget Hurricanes will travel to Saskatoon to start a two-game total-point Midget AA provincial championship series against the River Kings. The Hurricanes are coming off a 9-4 total-point series win over Humboldt in the semi-final.
You can hear tonight's game live on the Eagle 94.1 FM with the broadcast from Clark Stork and Colin Powers starting at 7:35pm. Face-off from Harold Latrace Arena is at 7:45pm.
Game two of the series is on Saturday night at 7:30pm from the Fairview Arenas.
Meanwhile, the Swift Current Pee Wee A Broncos host Warman tonight for the second game of their total-point provincial series. It is a must-win for the Broncos after Warman won the first game 3-2 on Monday.
Face-off is at 5:45pm from the Fairview.
